How Registration Works

Nexus Academia uses a structured registration process for all conferences. Follow these steps to complete your registration:

  1. Paper Acceptance: Upon receiving your acceptance notification, you will be provided with a Submission ID.
  2. Verify Submission: Enter your Submission ID in our payment portal to verify your accepted paper.
  3. Select Registration Type: Choose the appropriate registration category (e.g., Senior Participant, Student, Attendee).
  4. Complete Payment: Pay securely via PayPal or credit card (processed by 2Checkout).
  5. Receive Confirmation: A payment receipt and registration confirmation will be sent to your email immediately upon successful payment.

Registration Fees

Registration fees vary by conference and registration type. Detailed fee structures are published on each conference page. Below is a general overview of our fee categories:

Category Description
Senior Participant — Author For presenting authors with professional or academic status. Standard rate.
International Student — Author For student presenting authors enrolled at an international institution. Proof of enrollment required.
Student — Author (Local) For student presenting authors enrolled at a local institution. Reduced rate with proof of enrollment.
Attendee For non-presenting participants. Includes access to all sessions and conference materials.

All fees are listed in US Dollars (USD). The exact amount for each category is published on the specific conference page. At least one author per accepted paper must register at the full (non-student) rate.

What Is Included

Conference registration typically includes:

  • Access to all conference technical sessions
  • Conference proceedings (digital or printed, as specified per conference)
  • Conference materials and name badge
  • Coffee breaks and lunch during conference days
  • Conference dinner (for full registrations)
  • Certificate of participation or presentation

Accepted Payment Methods

Nexus Academia accepts the following payment methods for conference registration:

Pay with your PayPal account or any linked credit/debit card. Available worldwide.

Credit / Debit Card

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express accepted. Processed securely via 2Checkout.

All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Nexus Academia does not store credit card information on its servers.

Invoices & Receipts

An electronic receipt is generated automatically upon successful payment. This receipt can be downloaded and printed for reimbursement purposes. If you require a formal invoice for your institution, please contact us at registration@nexus-academia.org with your payment reference number.
